Tuesday Sep 19, 2017
Tuesday Sep 19, 2017
In Episode 32 of the Graphic Content Podcast, Jim and Adam are joined by Sacramento-area Actor/Comedian TC MORGAN to talk about movies inspired by comics. Unfortunately for all three of us the ones we picked honestly our least favorite ones. But for you, dear listener, we hope you'll enjoy our takes on these as well as let them serve as warnings for what you choose to stream or watch on Blu-Ray!
We'd love to hear what you think about this, or any of our previous episodes. Thursday Sep 14, 2017
Thursday Sep 14, 2017
In this short episode, Jim tries to reign-in his oftentimes rambling thoughts to give his opinions on Lucasfilm's firing of Colin Trevorrow from Star Wars Episode IX, as well as the subsequent hiring of Episode VII helmer JJ Abrams to take his place. It might not be the most popular decision right now, but where does ol' Jimmers stand on the subject? Listen to this short episode to find out!

Now with all that news from this year's San Diego Comic Con out of the way, Jim and Adam can get back to reviewing some comics! As promised, the guys dive into March's DC Universe / Hanna-Barbera crossovers to see what was great, and maybe some of the stuff that wasn't so much. We also review the one DC / Looney Toons crossover that we didn't get to earlier, and that's Lobo/Road Runner. Trust us when we say you don't want to miss our review of this book (hint: the Main Man is back in style with this book!)
Remember that you can hit us up on practically all of the socials. We're on Twitter @graphicpodcast, on Instagram @graphiccontent.podcast, and the Official Facebook Page can be found on http://facebook.com/graphicpodcast. Graphic Content Podcast 27 | SDCC Film/TV News
Thursday Aug 10, 2017
Thursday Aug 10, 2017
In this special DOUBLE SIZED ISSUE... err... I mean episode, Adam and Jim unpack much of the Film and TV news that came out of San Diego Comic Con 2017. What sounded like winners, and what sounded like they could be better all reviewed in this episode. Will Adam really care or get excited about any of it? Tune in to find out!
We also go over a few awards that we missed from our coverage of the Eisners in Episode 26 -- the Bill Finger Award for Excellence in Comic Book Writing, the Russ Manning Award for Promising Newcomer in Comics. Also please note that time ran-out for Jim's editing of this podcast, because reasons of course. So the show is "live to tape" around the hour mark, a completely-edited version will be out later today, August 10th so enjoy the rough cut of the show while it's available! ;-)
Graphic Content is out on all of the socials! You can find us @graphicpodcast on Twitter, @graphiccontent.podcast on Instagram, and our show's official website can be found at http://facebook.com/graphicpodcast! You can also send us email to thereal.graphiccontent@gmail.com.

Graphic Content Podcast 26 | The Eisner and Inkpot Awards
Thursday Aug 03, 2017
Thursday Aug 03, 2017
In this episode of the Graphic Content Podcast, Jim and Adam talk about (almost) all of the nominees and winners of this year's Eisner Awards! We also shine a spotlight on the winners of the career achievement-recognizing Inkpot Awards as well! We were originally going to pair this with a lot of the news about Movies and TV from SDCC, but we thought better than to give you a 3+ hour long episode. That is something that we'll hold over for episode 27.
In the meantime, if you'd like to connect with us to get in on the conversation on comics and the comic book industry, we'd love to hear from you! You can find us on most of the socials starting on Twitter @graphicpodcast, on Instagram @graphiccontent.podcast, and on Facebook where our official page is hosted at http://facebook.com/graphicpodcast!
So until next time, go read some comics! And when you're done with those, remember to listen to Graphic Content :-)

Graphic Content Flashback | While we create new content...
Thursday Jul 27, 2017
Thursday Jul 27, 2017
Due to a series of unfortunate events that took place today, we're not able to post the new episode we promised reviewing the nominees and winners of this past weekend's Eisner Awards. While we retool this weekend, we're posting this look-back at "Volume 1" of this show back in 2014 as the guys review that week's comics. We hope you enjoy the look back, as we're looking forward to bringing you more of the content that has you listening to our show. We appreciate your patience, and WILL have new content to post by the end of this weekend!
